SHIPPING

All orders will be fulfilled and sent to the address provided, so please make sure to provide the correct address.

We are not liable for orders shipped out to an incorrect address.

We offer free shipping to all orders within France and free shipping for all orders above 250EUR.

Please note that your product will only be shipped once the product is completed. We like to ask for up to 2 weeks to complete the order.

We are not liable for packages once they are shipped out.

Once we hand the package over, we are no longer liable for the package. As soon as the package is shipped we will e-mail you a tracking number and date of shipping.

Product can take up to 2 weeks to complete.

*Shipping might be slightly delayed due to covid.

​Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

RETURNS  -  Terms and conditions

All of our items are handmade slowly and with love just for you.

Fabrics and sizing are described in as much detail as possible.

​

Please make sure to measure the circumference of your head and/or bust/hips/waist before purchasing to be as sure as possible that the product will fit.

To measure: wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your head/bust/hips/waist.

Please note that due to its crochet form and the nature of cotton yarn, the products may stretch slightly throughout time.

We do not offer returns for sizing or colour issues.

If the product has a technical issue, please e-mail us asap within 7 days of receiving the product. 

To process a refund or exchange- Items must be returned to us first for inspection - In original condition, unworn, unwashed, & with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Please do not send returns without our confirmation.

We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

Keep your proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been received & processed.

Please be mindful. Returns are the responsibility of customer. Par Cielle is not responsible for returns that are lost, undelivered or incorrectly addressed. 

Regrettably, we cannot refund shipping cost for exchange items.
