Launched in 2018, Par-Cielle is an Australian/French crochet brand, based in Paris, France.​

Par Cielle focuses on  limited edition, low impact, original crochet pieces  which aim to spark a little Australian sun within each customer :)

Each piece is hand made, responsibly, in Paris by Cielle. We use only the highest quality, certified, sustainable yarns. This gives each piece we create a high quality structure and the softest feel.

Our priority at Par Cielle is transparency and an ethical and sustainable business environment. We want every customer to feel at ease with purchasing and wearing our creations.

 

 

About Cielle:

 

After finishing her studies in Fashion and Business in Australia, Cielle moved to Paris to pursue her career in fashion. After many years of work, from showrooms, to costume design and modelling, Cielle took up independent studies within sustainable fashion and practices.

 

It was the longing for the warm Australian sun, during the winter months, that first inspired her to create a crochet sun hat, with a sun motif in the middle. Her business slowly grew from there, as interest from friends grew, as well as a wider community via instagram.

Designs are rarely drawn up before their conception. Cielle creates as she goes and finds shapes and patterns while modifying older pieces or moulding straight onto the body.
